How much time do you both have?
How much time can both of you have time of work. Do you want to use all your entitled holiday on your honeymoon, this may be OK if your wedding is in the summer or later on in the year. If your wedding is earlier on in the year you will probably need time of later on the year, so you may not want to use all your holiday entitlement.
What is your budget?
We keep saying this but even before you choose your dream honeymoon, you have to set a budget. Remember you will still be able to have that dream honeymoon on your budget exotic destinations don't cost the earth anymore. Once you have decided your budget, then you can decide on the places you would like to go. You don't want to lie on a beach thinking about how you are going to pay for it when you get home. This will make the honeymoon stressful for both of you. If budget is tight go for a week, a good quality week is better than a stretched two week honeymoon.
The amount of money you have for your honeymoon has to be set before you can start to choose where you want to go. When you are thinking of costs, even if you are going on an all-inclusive, there are other costs, such as drinks, entertainment, souvenir's, insurance transport for getting around, some watersports and so on. Remember! If your budget does not allow you to go for two weeks, than go for a week. A week is better than two weeks where you will be constantly worrying about money.
