Before you Go
Wear Comfortable Layers and have slippers you can put on the flight
Arrive in the afternoon at your destination you can relax, have some drinks, eat and then sleep.
Try and get an aisle seat so you can move around.
During the Flight
Drink lots of water, so you don't become dehydrated
Avoid tea and coffee or anything that has caffeine in it.
Avoid alcohol it dehydrates you and has a stronger affect at higher altitudes.
Take regular walks up and down the aisles, this will boost your circulation.
