Tips
The wedding rings are usually brought together and are usually plain bands, either in yellow or white gold. You can however, get many different styles and combinations.
Remember that you will be wearing your wedding rings for the rest of your life or at least for a few years before you change them. So choose carefully.
The bride and groom wedding rings do not have to match, couples normally prefer similar rings, the grooms ring will probably be chunkier than his brides. This is because the grooms finger is usually bigger and will suit a wide, heavy band.
Make sure you get a guarantee with your rings.
If the ring is a diamond band or it has any precious stones, get a valuation certificate and a receipt giving a description of the ring, its carat and weight.
The engagement and wedding rings do not have to completely match, but they look better together if they are similar. The choice is yours whether you want them to match or not.
Engraving the band with your initials and the wedding date can be a nice touch, but remember you are going to have to allow more time for this.
