On arrival at the reception Guests are often
offered a sherry or glass of champagne on arrival.

Wine is usually served with the meal. Make sure you
have a bottle of water on the table. Soft drinks should also be available.

Wine, Beer and Spirits should be available throughout
the reception, generally after the meal.

You may serve coffee or tea at the end of the meal.
Some guests will appreciate this and is nice with the wedding cake.

Do you have to pay corkage if the venue allows you to
bring your own wine and champagne.

Your drinks may be part of the wedding-package offered
to you by the venue or the caterers may provide the whole package. Find out and find what you are getting for
your money.

Make sure you confirm the final details in writing.

If you are using the venue glasses or caterers glasses
do you have to pay for breakage. Do you have to clear up afterwards.

You may want to hire a bar attendant, so they can ensure
that all guests have drinks and are served.
