Things to Consider
Make sure the bar is stocked with the drinks you will need, the right champagne and wines of your choice.
Make sure the bar is opened when you require it to be.
You will most likely serve your guests with free wine, sherry or glass of bucks fizz or champagne on arrival for the meal and cutting of the cake and toasts.
You may also want to place a certain amount of money "behind the bar", once this money is over the guests will pay for their own drinks.
If you are paying for all drinks, then make sure someone is keeping an eye on your bill, otherwise the bill will be huge.
