At a sit-down meal you can choose to serve hot or cold meal. The type of meal will probably depend on whether it is a summer or winter wedding.
You will need table plans, so that people know where they are sitting.
You will need serving staff. Make sure you have enough serving staff for the number of guests you have. Remember! The top table is served first.
Have enough waiting staff, the cater will be able to advise.
This will mean guests will receive their food at approximately same time. Food will still be hot, guests will also have plenty of drinks.
If you are serving a set menu, make sure you have special dietary requirements covered.
