At a sit-down meal you can
choose to serve hot or cold meal. The type of meal will probably depend
on whether it is a summer or winter wedding.

You will need serving staff. Make sure you
have enough serving staff for the number of guests you have. Remember! The top table is
served first.

Have enough waiting staff, the cater will be able to advise.
