Things To Consider
Book Early
Book the type of transport as early as possible. Make a booking soon as you are satisfied with what you are getting and the price.
Get Written Quotes
Get written quotes explaining exactly what's included in the price, stating the times, pick up point, and destination, and how many people may travel in the car. Also make sure the make, model, colour and year of the car is specified, if you have seen and like the car which will be used, ask for the registration number to be included on the quotation.
GetFull Cost
Make sure you know the full cost of the hire whether the chauffeur is included. Will the chauffeur be in uniform. A reputable car service provider will provide a package.
Insurance
Make sure the car is fully insured, not just for the driver, but also for the passengers. The insurance will place a restriction on the number of passengers which may travel in the car, if you feel that you may have exceeded this figure, clarify it with the driver.
Contingency
Check that the wedding chauffeur has the car serviced regularly. There is always a small possibility that there is car trouble on the day, find out whether the chauffeur has another car which can be used in this unfortunate event does arise.
Check what backup car you will get if something goes wrong.
Inspect the car inside and out before you book it. The car may look in good condition from the outside, but might be a complete mess inside.
Don't forget to check all the details a week or so before the big day.
