Availability If you have already fixed your wedding date, you have to check whether the venue is available on the date. It is common to check the ceremony and reception venues availability before setting the date. |

Size Is the venue large enough to hold your expected number of guests. If not, you will have to consider another venue, or cutting the guest list down. |

The Vows If you would like a slight alteration to the standard vows, are you allowed to do so ? |

Music Are you allowed to have the music you want before and after the ceremony. Can you supply your own music, and if so, in what format must it be supplied. |

Decoration Would you like to decorate the venue with fresh flowers, or balloons, and if so, are you allowed to do so. |
